This is an introduction to the SKU CANDY platform. Below you will find some tips and tricks on how to use the site. You may want to bookmark this page for future reference. Who doesn't like bigger margins?
When you purchase from a new brand, one you haven't done business with in at least 12 months, you will get a minimum 5% discount on your opening order!
Why do we say minimum? Because that is just the discount SKU CANDY is giving you. Many of our brands offer their own opening order discounts (some even provide suggested opening orders to make your job easier), and their discounts are in addition to our 5%.
(Note: The discount won't be reflected at checkout. It will be included in your official invoice once we've verified it is your first order with that particular brand)

Dashboard Navigation
Each time you login, you will see the "My Account" section of your buyers dashboard which gives you an overview of your account, including your most recent orders. Let's take a look at a few of the other menu options...
MY ORDERS:
Here you will find all of the orders you have placed on SKU CANDY. From here you can view each order and easily place a reorder, which adds all the same skus to your cart. Before checking out, you will be able to adjust quantites, add or remove skus, enter your PO# and any addition order comments.
MY WISH LIST:
While browsing through different brands and products, you can add products you're interested in to your wish list. You can add comments on each item, adjust quantities, add to cart, and even share your list with your collegues before placing your order.
*note: You can only order from one brand at a time.
Address Book:
This is where you can set your default billing and shipping addresses, as well as add as many ship-to locations as you need. When placing your order, you can choose which location to send it to.
My Brands:
At the top of each brand's page is a button titled "Favorite". When you favorite a brand, they will show up in your My Brands section of your buyers dashboard for quick and easy access to the brands you frequent most.
Product & Vendor Reviews:
You can leave reviews for both individual products ("They sold through so fast!"), or a brand ("Such a great company to work with!"). One thing to note, you can only review products and brands that you've purchased through the SKU CANDY platform.

When it comes to shipping their products, brands know best. They know which boxes to pack and which carriers will be the most efficient and economical. So we defer to them.
Therefore:
- At checkout the price of shipping will show as $0.00.
- Once your order has been accepted, packed and shipped, the brand let's SKU CANDY know the actual shipping cost and we add it to your invoice.

Invoices & Payments
After you've placed your order and the brand has accepted it, you will receive an invoice via email (see image).
The invoice is generated by QuickBooks and will have all the information you need; payment options, due date, shipping costs, discounts, etc.
